Meditation…How does it fit into all of this…

abundance meditation

by HaPe_Gera

Something I get asked about a lot is meditation. In this post I’ll discuss my experience with meditation and what I believe it’s place is, in the art of attracting abundance.

I guess I should say upfront that I’ve been meditating consistently since the age of 13. I am of Indian decent – so it’s *kind of* part of our culture…and to be honest I looked to it as something that could create a competitive edge for me in terms of my sports and academic performance.

And…to cut a long story short…I’m pretty sure it did.

The biggest long-term benefit I put down to my meditation practice is an increase in self awareness. It’s very hard to put into words…but it’s kind of a conscious understanding and questioning of who and what I am…plus the ability to look at myself and my experience from a space of less attachment. I believe this allows more space for me to see opportunities, correct what I’m doing…and just be a better person in general (I know that’s kinda wishy washy but hey I’m just relaying my experience).

Nowadays…my daily meditation practice is focussed on my goals. I use my meditation time to go down to a whole brain thinking level, imagine my goal as already completed and transmit those feelings from that supercharge state of mind. I honestly believe this has been one of the secrets to my success in attracting abundance.

So what kinds of meditation have I done…well a LOT:

  • The Silva Method
  • OpenFocus
  • Colour based meditation
  • Timeline based meditation
  • etc.

I’ve also used a couple tools like different binaural beats and isochronic tones.

For anyone interested in beginning meditation I would first ask you…what is your intention?

If you’re more interested in using it sharpen your focus, and fast manifest what you desire…then I suggest an active type meditation practice…like the one I teach over here: http://manifestitalltoday.com/manifestanything/

If you’re more interested in achieving a greater sense of awareness then I suggest a more passive type meditation..like OpenFocus.

I’d love to hear about your experiences with meditation…let me know by leaving me a comment.

Hi Rishan,
Great work.
I used to meditate a lot in the past, less now but I do some each day. But you are the second person in the last hour which has spoken to me about it. It’s a sign to meditate more in my life. Thanks for helping me see my signs.
Roisin.
Happy Attracting!
